KOEN Loyalty Platform

kōen wanted to step away from off-the-shelf SaaS and take real ownership of its consumer services. Rather than rent a loyalty product, they chose to build one. We designed and built a custom digital loyalty system from the ground up: branded cards that customers add to their Apple or Google Wallet after signing up through a POS QR code or a shared link, a staff iOS app for giving and redeeming stamps, and an admin dashboard for tracking customers and behaviour. Owning the stack changes what is possible. It moves kōen beyond a simple stamp card toward deeper, more meaningful offerings, with rewards that respond to real spending behaviour. This is the first step in that direction, and there is more to come in the space.
